Downward Dog.

It might be my lack of an outgoing personality but Yoga seems quite underrated by all different types of communities (especially the medical community). 

Started an AM and PM Yoga workout. Twenty minutes when I wake up and twenty minutes when I start to wind my day down. 

Yoga gives me a boost across the board: energy, strength, focus, and it blows away fatigue and mild depression.
